Bulk Orders T&C
1. Terms and Conditions
🔸 These terms and conditions apply to all bulk orders placed with LiThink, i.e., orders of 200 units or more.
🔸 By placing a bulk order, the customer fully accepts and agrees to these terms and conditions.
🔸 These terms take precedence over any other agreements unless LiThink has expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
2. Order Confirmation
🔸 All bulk orders are reviewed and approved by LiThink. We reserve the right to accept, modify, or reject bulk orders based on availability, pricing, or other criteria.
🔸 After acceptance, LiThink will provide an estimated processing schedule, including production, handling, and delivery.
3. Pricing and Payment
🔸 Prices for bulk orders are negotiable and may include discounts, volume pricing, or special terms that differ from standard prices. All pricing agreements must be documented in the final order.
🔸 All payments must be made according to the agreed payment terms, e.g., a 30% deposit and the remaining 70% due before container loading and shipment. LiThink reserves the right to cancel the order if payment is not received on time.
4. Order Changes and Cancellations
🔸 Changes to bulk orders must be submitted in writing and require LiThink’s approval. Changes may affect pricing, lead time, and overall order terms.
🔸 Cancellations of bulk orders:
▪️ Before production starts: For orders canceled before production begins, a cancellation fee may apply as specified in the order.
▪️ After production starts: Once production has started, the order becomes binding and can no longer be canceled. The customer is obligated to pay the full order amount according to the original agreement.
5. Shipping and Delivery
🔸 For products requiring production, the estimated delivery time is 30–40 days from the start of production.
🔸 LiThink will make every effort to meet this schedule. If delays occur, LiThink will inform the customer promptly.
🔸 LiThink is not liable for delays due to the following reasons:
▪️ Force majeure: Events beyond LiThink’s control, such as natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
▪️ Carrier/logistics delays: Delays caused by external transportation or logistics providers.
🔸 Upon receipt of the goods, the customer must inspect them and report any discrepancies, damage, or shortages within two business days. If no report is made within this period, the order will be deemed delivered as received.
6. Returns and Refunds
🔸 A strict return policy applies to bulk orders.
7. Warranty
🔸 Products in bulk orders are covered by LiThink’s standard warranty, which guarantees product quality and functionality under normal use.
🔸 Any additional or extended warranty terms must be agreed upon and confirmed in writing before the order is placed.
8. Liability
🔸 LiThink’s liability for bulk orders is limited to the total value of the order. Under no circumstances will LiThink be liable for:
▪️ Indirect damages: such as lost profits, business interruption, or other economic losses.
▪️ Incidental or consequential damages: damages arising from delays, defective products, or other issues related to the order.
🔸 LiThink’s liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product in accordance with the warranty terms.
9. Acceptance
🔸 By placing a bulk order with LiThink, the customer confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This acceptance constitutes a binding contract between the customer and LiThink, enforceable under applicable law.
