Return & Exchange Policy

For items purchased from LiThink, you may request a free exchange or return within 30 days of receipt. We cover the return shipping costs (requirements: items must be in the original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition, including all manuals and accessories).

We cover return shipping costs in the following cases:

● Shipping damage

● Product defects

● Item not as described

● Wrong item delivered

● Unordered extra items

 For other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. After we receive the returned item(s), we need 1 business day for a quality inspection before issuing a refund or store credit.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Important Notice:

Unauthorized modifications (including, but not limited to, disassembly) will void the warranty. Such returns will not be accepted. If modified items are returned, we reserve the right to refuse the return and ship the item back at the customer’s expense.

①  Describe the symptoms, when it occurs, and what troubleshooting you have already tried.

②  Include your order number, serial number (SN), and any troubleshooting steps you have taken.

 

Limited Warranty Terms

LiThink is committed to providing sustainable future solutions through innovation. Our quality promise and service underline this commitment. As a sign of confidence in our products, we provide the following warranty from the date of purchase: If a LiThink product does not meet the quality standards of this warranty (as assessed by our support team), we will repair the defect or replace the product with a new/refurbished model with at least equivalent specifications. In exceptional cases, a refund may be issued. This warranty is subject to the conditions below, including the replacement schedule table.

Warranty Coverage

1. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 180 minutes after the order is placed. If the item has already shipped, the customer must refuse delivery with the carrier.

② Returns within 31–45 days without a reason: If the return is not due to our fault, the customer bears the cost.

③ Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted. Please contact us before returning to obtain a return label.

5. Additional Notes

● Missing accessories: deduction of 5$–10$ per item (as assessed by Customer Service).

● International returns: the customer bears additional shipping costs for remote/island addresses.

● Lost/stolen packages: please file a claim with the carrier. If you need help, contact Customer Service.

● Please contact support@lithink.com first. After approval by Customer Service, you will receive a return confirmation email and can proceed with the return.

Buyer Responsibilities

1. Usage Restrictions:

● Do not use incompatible chargers / overvoltage.

● Do not use non-starter batteries to start engines.

● Do not connect in series/parallel unless specified.

2. Operating Rules:

● Avoid contact with liquids, reverse polarity, extreme temperatures/humidity.

● Prevent physical damage (impact, puncture, etc.).

● No disassembly/modification/unauthorized repairs.

● Protect from corrosion and misuse.

 

Disclaimer and Warranty Limitations

1. Not Covered:

● Normal wear and tear (scratches on the case, capacity loss)

● Force majeure (natural disasters, war, etc.)

● Human damage (tampering, water exposure, misuse)

● Third-party issues (theft, unauthorized purchases)

● System issues (poor ventilation, electrical overload)

● Improper maintenance (loose terminals, missing padding)

● Violations of the usage restrictions

2. Special Limitation Clauses:

● Wear parts

● Damage from improper storage/transport/installation

● Failure to follow the manuals

 

After-Sales Policy

1. General Requirements:

● Refunds/replacements require the return of the items.

● The warranty period starts from the original purchase date.

 

2. Battery Warranty Details:

● Only functional failures are covered.

● Only functional failures are covered (excluding capacity loss/cosmetic defects).

 

Warranty Review

Claims will be rejected if:

① The warranty period has expired.

② The issue is normal wear and tear.

③ There is damage caused by tampering.

④ The defect was not caused by the manufacturer.

⑤ Improper use/maintenance is involved.

 

Special Statement

Using batteries as backup/primary power for life-support systems or other medical devices is prohibited without the manufacturer’s involvement in system design and without its express written approval. The manufacturer disclaims liability to the fullest extent permitted by law arising from such use. The manufacturer also reserves the right to refuse service for batteries used in the above scenarios and shall not be liable for such refusal.

If any provision of this policy is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
