Thank you for your interest in Lihink products and services. By purchasing Lihink products, you have acquired high quality. We offer the following warranties for our products.
Warranty
We offer a warranty against performance defects caused by improper use of the product, provided the product has been used correctly according to the instructions in the user manual. (For battery products with a capacity greater than 30 Ah, the warranty period is ten years; for battery products with a capacity of 30 Ah or less, the warranty period is five years. Battery chargers have a two-year warranty.)
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase of the product by the user ("Buyer").
Please read the user manual carefully before installing and using the product and use the battery according to the instructions in the manual.
Warranty Claims Procedure
We will assist our customers within 8 hours to analyze and resolve problems, restore battery function, and ensure optimal use.
If our product malfunctions, the consumer assists us in conducting all battery tests, and both parties confirm that the product has quality issues, we will send a new replacement battery for the defective one after it has been returned to our warehouse using the prepaid shipping label we provide. The defective battery will then be inspected and tested by our technical team to analyze the problem.
Within 12 months of the purchase date, we offer an exchange or refund service if our products have quality issues and cannot be used properly. Between 13 months from the purchase date and the end of the warranty period, we offer an exchange service if our products have quality issues and cannot be used properly.

2. General Terms and Conditions for Warranty Claims
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. If the device is given away or resold, the customer must contact the original purchaser to make a warranty claim. The original order details are required to make a warranty claim.
All products returned for valid warranty service are shipped at our expense and risk. We provide a prepaid return shipping label to customers who need to return products to the specified location by the specified date.
Batteries that have been serviced or replaced within their warranty period are not covered by an extended warranty. Instead, the original warranty period granted at the time of purchase applies to the serviced or replaced battery(ies).
The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper handling, product modifications, installation, or intentional damage. The warranty also does not apply if the consumer fails to install, use, and maintain the product according to the instructions in the user manual, resulting in serious product quality issues.
3. Exclusions and Limitations

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL LITHINK OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF USE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF LITHINK OR ITS AFFILIATES OR SUPPLIERS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. Neither LiThink nor its suppliers will be liable or responsible for damage to or loss of any property or products connected to, powered by, or otherwise attached to the product. All cumulative liability to the buyer, for any cause of action and any theory of liability, will be limited to, and will not exceed, the purchase price of the product paid by the buyer. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
