Contact LiThink support within 30 days of delivery with your order number. Our team will confirm the return and provide the shipping instructions before you send the battery.

Who pays for return shipping?

LiThink covers the return shipping for eligible returns made under this 30-day trial, so you will not pay a return-shipping fee.

What is not covered by the trial?

Batteries damaged by misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorized modification, impact, water intrusion, or missing components may not qualify. Contact us first so our team can review the return with you.
