Here are the answers to the questions we get most often about membership and points.

1. What is LiThink Membership?

LiThink Membership is our free rewards program. You can earn points through selected actions and redeem them later for discounts and other perks. It’s our way of giving something back to customers who shop with LiThink and stay connected with the brand.

2. How do I join, and does it cost anything?

You can join by creating a customer account on lithink.com and logging in. Membership is completely free, with no hidden fees and no minimum spend.

3. How do I earn points?

You can earn points by signing up, placing orders in the online store, and completing selected social media actions such as following or sharing our channels. The current list of actions and point values is always shown in the points overview on the Membership page.

4. How many points do I earn per order?

For qualifying orders on lithink.com, points are awarded based on the order value, excluding shipping and taxes. As a standard rule, you earn points for every euro you spend. Any special offers or updated earning rates will be shown clearly on the page.

5. When will my points show up?

Your points are added once your order has been paid, shipped, and is no longer within the return window. In most cases that happens fairly quickly. If an order ships in multiple parts, points may be credited in stages.

6. How do I redeem my points?

Log in to your account, open the Membership page, and choose one of the available rewards. Once you redeem your points, you’ll receive a discount code to use at checkout with your registered email address. Any important conditions — such as validity, restrictions, or minimum order requirements — will be shown at the time of redemption.

7. Do my points expire?

At the moment, your points do not expire as long as your LiThink account remains active. If that policy ever changes, we’ll let you know in advance on the website and by email.

8. What happens to my points if I cancel an order or return something?

Points earned from cancelled or fully returned orders will be removed from your balance. If only part of the order is returned, the points will be adjusted accordingly.

9. Can I transfer points or combine them with another account?

No. Points are tied to your personal LiThink account and can’t be transferred to someone else or merged across multiple accounts.

10. Can I earn points for purchases on Amazon or other marketplaces?

No. At the moment, points are only available for purchases made through the official LiThink online store on lithink.de and for the activities listed there. Orders placed through marketplaces, third-party sellers, or local retailers are not included automatically.

11. Do points or vouchers have any cash value?

No. Points and reward vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. They can only be used toward eligible purchases in the LiThink online store, subject to the stated conditions.

12. Where can I check my points balance and history?

Log in to your account and go to the LiThink Membership or Points section. There you’ll see your current balance along with a full history of how your points were earned and redeemed.
