HIGH-OUTPUT PROTECTION

200A Smart BMS.Built for Electric Outboard Loads.

The 200A smart BMS supports high-current 12V electric outboard use while monitoring battery status in real time. It helps protect against overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent, short circuit, and extreme temperatures — giving your small boat power system stronger output with safer control.

Cold-Weather Ready for Marine Use

The smart BMS pauses charging at 32°F / 0°C and resumes at 41°F / 5°C to help protect the cells. Discharge protection works down to -4°F / -20°C, making it ready for cold mornings, marine storage, and outdoor power use.

FAQs

Still have questions?
Find more information in our FAQ.

Q: What applications is the LiThink 12V 334Ah MINI best suited for?

A: It is a strong fit for 12V RV and van electrical systems, especially under-seat or seat-box installations, as well as off-grid solar, marine and fishing setups, and high-demand inverter systems that need large capacity with stable discharge performance.

Q: What does ECE R10 mean in real-world use?

A: ECE R10 refers to vehicle EMC compliance. In practice, that means the battery is designed for RV and van electrical environments where inverters, DC-DC chargers, and other onboard electronics need to work together reliably.

Q: How does the self-heating function work, and when does it start?

A: The self-heating system works during charging. Below 5°C, it starts automatically and warms the battery until it reaches 15°C. Typical heating time is about 20–30 min (from −10°C) or 30–40 min (from −20°C at 8A). The heating function requires a minimum charging current of 10A.

Q: How capable is the BMS, and what does that mean for high-load use?

A: The battery uses a 300A BMS board with 300A continuous charge and discharge current. It also supports staged peak output of 1000A/1 s, 900A/3 s, 600A/5 s, and 450A/10 s, which is useful for startup surges such as compressors and pumps. The right inverter size always depends on your wiring, protection devices, and full system design.

Q: Can I expand the battery bank in series or parallel?

A: Yes. The system supports configurations up to 4P4S (up to 4 in parallel and 4 in series). For the most stable setup, use matching batteries in the same model and condition, and bring them to a similar state of charge or voltage before connecting them together.
